This list of key/lock code numbers and blank types for the locks on Prime cabinets was gathered from personal experience. It was collated by Dennis Boone, 2017-2019.
5000 series systems had EAO 99-series front panel keyswitches. Do 6000 series systems use the same locks and keys? I've seen two machines with locks marked 311. The keys themselves said 7E 311 and EAO on one side, DOM on the other. Part number 31-989.311. Seems to be a Dom DM39R blank, very European and hard to find in the US, but the Ilco DM23 seems to be equivalent. Cuts seem to be 13551. Pac-Supply sells aftermarket replacements: Mouser seems to have originals.
Many four digit systems had a Corbin front panel key labeled HH41 that was on an S1-26-3 blank cut 386. It's a 3-pin lock, but most available blanks are 5-pin, so the blank will need to be cut down. Use an Ilco 1000KC blank. HH41 keys and locks also show up with some regularity on ebay, as they were used in industrial and electrical equipment. Four digit systems didn't have cabinet (back door) keys, just the spring-loaded quarter-turn quick latches, or even just screws.
Older 3-digit x50 machines (e.g. BORIS' 550-II) did have a cabinet key. (Or perhaps it tracked the non-FCC compliant cabinets, rather than specific models.) I believe this was a National D200A, on Ilco O1122 cut 33324. From memory and photos I can find online, these systems used the Corbin HH41 key for their front panel lock.
The earliest machines appear to have had tubular locks. LDS2886 provides enough detail to determine the type and the Prime part number (MSA0168-902), but not the manufacturer or key number. Photos on www.chilton-computing.org.uk show a P400 with such a lock. (The Chilton site has a wide variety of interesting computing history, and is worth a visit.)
